Powerful generator triode ГУ.21Б in glass-to-metal design with a directly heated tungsten thoriated carbide cathode, external copper anode and forced air cooling.
Designed to amplify the power and generate high-frequency oscillations at frequencies up to 26 MHz with an output power of at least 15 kW.
The ГУ-21Б triode is used to work in circuits with a common grid or in circuits with neutralization in stationary radio engineering devices of wide application.
Produced in metal-glass design.
Working position – vertical, anode down.
Forced cooling:
– anode – air at least 800 m3/h;
– cylinder – air at least 60 m3/h;
– legs – air not less than 60 m3/h.
Overall dimensions of triode ГУ-21Б:
